About the piece:
The main pad, which lasts for the whole song and is clearly audible at the beginning and at the end, is the "sound" of hydrogen: I have overlapped 13 sine functions for every wavelenght of Balmer and Lyman's series. The other instruments are extemporized and come from a digital and an analog synthesizer.
I would like to stress that recording, mixing and mastering were made with open source softwares (Jack, Ardour 3 and Jamin); even the analog synthesizer is an open source project (Anushri by Mutable Instruments). As far as the titile is concerned, Chirality is a property that permeates all the universe, at every range, and my song is chiral too since is not the same when reversed.
